Our program is designed for people with disabilities, older Australians, and anyone looking to build skills, confidence, and meaningful social connections. Whether you prefer hands-on activities, creative projects, or community outings, our team ensures every participant feels supported, included, and valued.
With over 7 years of experience in the field, Smart Choice Support has built a strong foundation of expertise and understanding in disability support.
We understand that everyone is unique, so our day program is flexible and person-centred. Activities may include:
Painting, drawing, pottery, and other art-based projects.
Learning to prepare simple, healthy meals and snacks.
Gentle exercise, yoga, walking groups, or chair-based fitness.
Maintaining our garden spaces and exploring nature.
Singing, playing instruments, or enjoying music together.
Computer skills, digital literacy, and online safety.

We also offer one-to-one tailored programs for participants who may prefer or require individualised attention to achieve their goals.
